As an Orientation Leader, I had the opportunity to provide guidance to new students, aiding them in navigating their transition into university life. I encouraged a sense of community and belonging by guiding groups of around 15-20 new students through a variety of activities.In order to guarantee a successful beginning to their academic career, my responsibilities included leading orientation sessions, responding to questions, and offering advice. My leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities were improved by this experience, which also gave me the chance to advocate for a friendly and inclusive school community.
