About Aliya Pilchen

Pilchen is a skilled project manager, technical assistance provider, and qualitative researcher with over ten years of experience supporting clients, partners, and staff of large contracts and grants. She specializes in collaborating with partners to co-design research and technical assistance projects that address high-leverage problems of practice, particularly related to new teacher development, instructional coaching, and college and career readiness. She also brings expertise in the delivery of training and coaching for educators and policymakers to use data and evidence to impact student outcomes.

Also serves as Deputy Director for the Texas ACE Technical Assistance Center, providing training, coaching, and monitoring services to the Texas Education Agency, in support of their 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC).
