ABOUT ALIYA HIRJI
Aliya Hirji is a political scientist, geographer, and community organizer based in Vancouver, Canada, on xʷməθkʷəy̓əm territory, and in London, UK. They hold two bachelor\'s degrees, one in Political Humanities (Sciences Po) and the other in Environment and Sustainability (University of British Columbia, Geography). In recent years, Aliya has been recognised as one of Canada\'s top 30 under 30 sustainability leaders and has presented her research at interdisciplinary conferences worldwide. Aliya Hirji est politologue, géographe et organisatrice communautaire. Elle vit à Vancouver, au Canada, sur le territoire xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, et à Londres, au Royaume-Uni.
