Supports project and programme management through effective coordination, planning, and control activities while delivering key PMO initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules and plans, overseeing financial monitoring, and providing critical decision-support through benefits tracking and management of risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and resources. Plays an active role in communication, documentation, and governance reporting by collating, analysing, and presenting data to drive delivery and insight. Delivers first-line support and guidance on P3M procedures, tools, and processes, while championing and embedding best practices across the organisation, and serving as service manager for core P3M functions.Key achievement to date: high level review of the company\'s change delivery framework, with analysis and recommendations. This led to a fresh end-to-end process, which in turn fed requirements for a new PPM tool.
