Based in Edinburgh, Alix is a contract Change & Transformation Consultant specialising in agile delivery, project and programme management, and operating model change across financial services and big tech. She supports organisations navigating complex regulatory, operational, and technology-led change, with recent engagements including a Tier 1 investment bank delivering critical regulatory reporting and operational risk initiatives across Europe and North America. Her experience spans end-to-end change delivery, regulatory framework implementation, data quality uplift, and senior stakeholder engagement in highly regulated environments.Alongside formal delivery roles, Alix is frequently brought in as a trusted advisor on ways of working - helping teams improve delivery cadence, tooling, and agile maturity. She blends structure with pragmatism, enabling organisations to move quickly without losing governance or control. More recently, she has up-skilled in GenAI and Agentic AI, supporting clients as they explore automation, efficiency, and decision-support use cases within change and transformation programmes.Earlier in her career, Alix built a strong foundation in retail banking, working across Commercial Development, Payment Innovations, and Paperless Communications. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.Alix is accredited as a Release Train Manager, Registered Scrum Master, and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, and thrives in environments where ambiguity, pace, and complexity are the norm.
