Key Responsibilities- Oversee delivery of 400+ client tasks in 6 months, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and effective management of multiple requests simultaneously- Act as the senior escalation contact across teams, markets, and regions, managing risk and client expectations- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, deliver daily reports, and consistently meet deadlines- Design and execute Learning & Development plans for all operations team members to foster growth and skill enhancement- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Markets, Policy, Quality, Training, WFCM) daily and weekly to facilitate outsourcing operations- Collaborate with the client’s Change Delivery team to manage project requests, including workflow migrations, tool improvements, and process changes- Prepare workflows for upcoming launches, ensuring teams are equipped to handle tasks and content effectively- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; monitor progress to ensure alignment with objectives and client deadlines- Provide daily updates to clients through tracking systems- Review, provide feedback and present business reviews (WBR, MBR, HBR and Vendor BRs)- Produce insights to continuously innovate, improve processes and operational efficiency- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, maintain daily operations, and keep sites/teams informed of timelines and deliverables- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks- Oversee resource allocation and budget adherence for operational projects- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements- Maintain clear, regular communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes.
