From being an athlete and avid sports fan throughout my childhood to exploring the different fields it has to offer, I have always had a passion for sports. Now a journalism major at the University of Texas at Austin, I am developing my skills and increasing my knowledge in sports fields such as reporting, creative media, and law.The field I have found myself most interested in is the intersection of sports and law. I am fascinated with the different legal roles in sports, such as sports agents and counsel members. However, I am also eager to learn how new Name-Image-Likeness rules change the landscape of collegiate athletics.
