In my current role, I am a member of the leadership team which established HSBC\'s Open Banking Shared Service early in 2020 to implement and run all of HSBC\'s Open Banking services globally. As Head of Design Control, I am responsible for helping Open Banking initiatives get to market as quickly and as cost effectively as possible by maximising reuse of existing design patterns and capabilities and ensuring that new capabilities are designed to be scalable and reusable across other markets. My focus for 2021 is on the successful delivery of large Open Banking initiatives in the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Mexico.
