ABOUT ALISTAIR KENNEDY
I am the Head of Commercial Litigation at Tyr and was a founding member of Tyr in 2019. I deal with complex and high value commercial disputes for a wide range of clients. I have dealt with claims in the High Court and Appeal Courts, including several cases that have been reported and/or attracted significant press attention. Many of my cases involve an international element and I am experienced in arbitration.I have been ranked as a leading individual in both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 for several years. I have been described in those directories as \"truly excellent and good with clients\" and \"a quick-thinking and intelligent lawyer with a keen eye for the best strategy\".I am an Alumni of the Goldman Sachs Small Businesses Programme, having completed the programme at the University of Oxford in 2024.
