What brought me to where I am today? A commitment to customers\' digital innovation, passion for creating an environment where everyone can bring their best selves to work, and dedication to doing the right thing (even if it\'s not the easy thing). As the Microsoft Mid-Market West Leader, my team covers accounts in the USA. We focus on digital transformation for customer outcomes. My experience in sales, the Cloud market, product management, software, and services development spans multiple geographic markets and technologies (AI, SaaS, analytics, platforms, security, mobile, unified communications, video, and infrastructure). I\'ve been fortunate to spend my 20+ year career leading various organizations through growth, M&A, and turnarounds – driving disciplined execution in multiple go-to-market direct and channel scenarios. My proudest accomplishment has been raising my two beautiful daughters with my wife, Lida. I spend my downtime cooking, reading, traveling, swimming, running, watching rugby (too old and broken to play, I still try to live by its values), and supporting UNICEF USA.
