Procured under P22, NEC3 Nuffield Private Patients Hospital at St Barts for Nuffield Health, £37m development to convert two retained Victorian blocks into a new 42 bed PPU with retained facade and heritage elements, containing 3 UC & Hybrid theatres, Cath Lab, MRI, CT, endoscopy, and oncology services. Procured as a 2-stage tender, JCT D&B The Centre for Sight & Sound (The Italian Hospital) for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. £17m cut & carve refurbishment of heritage building into a state of the art specialist centre. Procured under P22, NEC3 Heatherwood Hospital for Frimley Health NHS FT. £68m new build elective hospital with 6 operating theatres and 48 beds & 22 day-case cubicles. Procured under P21+, NEC3.
