As a Senior Manager in Solutions Delivery I manage a team of Engineers and contractors who support a number of ongoing customer initiatives.In addition I am regularly involved in the following initiatives- Work with our Bell Client Executives and Solution Specialists to develop and present customer solutions- Lead delivery teams through network deployments with focus best practices and a positive customer experience- Challenge my team to grow their knowledge base YoY to support their career growth and to align with trends in technology- Challenge myself to grow my knowledge base to align with trends in technology and customer business interests- Engage with customers to understand their goals and suggest cost effective solutions to support and compliment their business plan- Partner with our vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, etc) to learn about ongoing and upcoming opportunities- Build and maintain relationships with Bell Partners / Suppliers- Manage budgets across multiple projects - Partner with Bell internal teams to review our successes and explore opportunities for continual improvement- Engage with Bell Product teams to support New Product Initiatives- Grow the business by driving new and innovative product opportunities- Supporting our customers network and business evolution with the latest in technological solutions
