I am a senior business professional with over 34 years’ experience. I am a dynamic, strong leader and have a proven track record of achievement at a senior level.I have been responsible for business and project P&L management; margin; EBITDA; and invoicing, ensuring cash positive payment schedules. I have extensive commercial and financial knowledge, excellent people management skills and work well under pressure. I have been responsible for the delivery of large scale innovative signalling technology and software solutions to the UK Rail industry. I also have extensive experience of multi-disciplined programmes including track, signalling and OLE and development projects. I have successfully lead large scale change management programmes.I have extensive experience of leading bids and have negotiated and delivered under various forms of contract including: fixed price; target cost; and professional services/consultancy.I have many years experience of building great collaborative relationships with Clients and really excelling in helping them meet their objectives whilst up selling and increasing value for the business.I have the ability to build teams and develop people to achieve their potential while embracing new ideas and practices.I have established best practice project control procedures and process improvements to remove cost from the business while increasing quality and maintaining excellent safety and environmental performance.I was responsible for the definition, ownership and delivery of key business balanced scorecard KPIs ensuring these are aligned with business strategy.
