ABOUT ALISTAIR MCHENRY

I am a partner and Head of Sport at Tyr, a commercial law firm in Leeds with offices in Manchester and Bristol. I head up three practices:1. SportI advise integrity agencies, governing bodies, PL clubs, players, athletes, agents and other stakeholders, specialising in contentious integrity, regulatory, financial, contractual, disciplinary and selection disputes. The chapter was cited with approval as an authority in sports injuries in the High Court case of Fulham FC v Jones [2022] EWHC 1108 (QB).
