I am a Business Consultant at Digital Lab Consulting, providing business and strategic consulting services to enable scientific organisations to transform their business through better use of digital technologies.Our client services cover the complete digital transformation journey from inception, such as working with client teams to support future vision and strategy definition through to strategic oversight and value realisation of solution delivery.Along the journey, we provide services such as as-is and to-be process mapping to help our clients understand their business process and to help prioritise their digital programme. We help clients choose the most appropriate technology and solutions, by working closely with them in workshops to capture business requirements and use cases that can be shared with potential vendors to demonstrate their technology.Throughout the digital journey, we provide independent industry support and guidance as well as clear actionable advice.A quality and compliance focused Computerised System Validation (CSV) professional with a demonstrated 24+ year history of success in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to Digital Lab Consultancy I have been privileged to have spent the majority of my career performing roles within in a top ten pharmaceutical company where I started my pharmaceutical career as scientist working within the field of Inhaled Products before specialising into Laboratory Automation where I initiated my long career in system validation and project management. Latterly I have spent several years working in CSV focused roles including CSV Technical Lead in an excitingly frantic and empowering role within an outstanding Contract Research Organisation and as CSV Manager within a cell therapy CDMO where I gained the valued experience of working within a new and rapidly expanding company and was privileged to have formed a new CSV Team.
