I led the operating design work-stream to define what \'good\' looks like for the bank as it transitioned through its start-up phase to establish core operating standards and build enterprise maturity. Strategic vision and operating principles were central to the design standards, aligning \'what good looks like\' across processes, principles, and controls which cumulated into a shared Target Operating Model for banking operations.I established an enterprise taxonomy that provided a scope and prioritisation for change throughout the organisation, validating local team requests. I managed the migration from current ways of working towards a standardised operating model, consolidating them into a single set of deliverables with mechanisms to control operational risks. I trained subject matter experts to approach change design from a new perspective and to engage in a way that benefited the entire bank, rather than isolated individuals or teams. • Built a full process taxonomy to scope a £4M Strategic Banking system deployment• Tracked business maturity to prioritise improvement team resources• Established Business Architecture across the bank for all banking operations• A core member of Design Assurance Group to balance immediate needs with long-term solutions• Engaged stakeholders in \'Current State’ & ‘Future State’ design workshops to scope & scale change• Achieved clear & shared consensus of process levels, principles & control standards
