I led the operating design work-stream to define what \'good\' looks like for the bank as it transitioned through its start-up phase to establish core operating standards and build enterprise maturity. Strategic vision and operating principles were central to the design standards, aligning \'what good looks like\' across processes, principles, and controls which cumulated into a shared Target Operating Model for banking operations.I established an enterprise taxonomy that provided a scope and prioritisation for change throughout the organisation, validating local team requests. I managed the migration from current ways of working towards a standardised operating model, consolidating them into a single set of deliverables with mechanisms to control operational risks.
