I am a CIPD-qualified, skilled, and driven Learning and Development professional with over 18 years of experience. I have a proven track record in managing and delivering Learning & Development initiatives and business projects.My commitment to self-development is demonstrated through my completion of MBTI and Insights, participation in the Collaborations Company’s Challenge 24 programme, and continuous engagement with emerging learning trends, instructional design techniques, and eLearning development.With a strategic focus, I bring extensive experience in learning trends, instructional design, and delivering innovative Learning and Development solutions and technologies.My career began with developing and delivering instructor-led workshops and courses for the leisure industry. Over the past decade, I transitioned into the digital learning space, initially project managing the shift from traditional learning methods to online learning for an FTSE 250 company. Currently, I continue to shape and lead the online learning culture for the brand, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a blended learning approach is effectively implemented.
