ABOUT ALISSON PINFOLD

An enthusiastic and collaborative business transformation leader, I bring over 20 years of HR experience to help organizations identify the ‘sweet spot’ between corporate objectives and the best interest of employees. Throughout my career, I have worked with global influencers in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the media start-up sector and the food innovation and production sector. Empathetic in my approach, my ‘can-do attitude’ is consistently highlighted, along with my candor, energy and positivity!I have led HR operations in cities around the world including London, Sydney, New York and Los Angeles. I have also represented Canada on Global HR transformation teams where I have built a reputation for swiftly solving business challenges and driving positive cultural change. What sets me apart, is that I also bring five years of leadership experience outside of HR, as a National Director for Janssen BioAdvance; a patient support program, that supports patients in a number of therapeutic areas.I take great pride in my leadership style and in seeing members of my team develop and grow, making important impacts on the organization while achieving their career aspirations.My experience includes mergers, reorganizations, growth periods and workforce reductions. I have also built HR departments from scratch and developed a breadth of policies and procedures to run best practice operations.
