In her current role as Executive Director of Enterprise Data & Insights at Sinclair, Alissa oversees advanced analytics, data engineering, data science + AI/ML, business intelligence, master/reference data management, data quality, data governance, data products and all other aspects of enterprise data. However, her primary job is ensuring that the organization\'s data brings continual value to the business. Alissa is deeply passionate about the power that well-managed data can bring to an organization. Data projects are never simple and are as much an art as they are a science when considering the enormous reach that data has within an organization. Alissa thrives on solving complex business and data challenges and solving them in a way that enables the next project, the next team, and the future to come.
