Oversees establishment and processes for the Authority’s statewide Telework program in addition to providing direction on the implementation of standards established by DGS- Cultivates relationships with upper-level management and various offices within the Authority to ensure procedures regarding policy/procedure creation are followed and maintained- Works with staff to ensure that they have all resources and information necessary to complete assigned tasks and effectively- Works directly with to ensure that our document review system (RAS) is up to date with constant reviews for efficiency and user friendliness- Collaborates with staff and stakeholders from other offices to develop policies, procedures, and manual documents that meet Authority standards and are clear and concise. Providing feedback and overcoming disagreements by providing essential information to support given corrections and feedback- Reviews current templates, and Authority documents for inaccuracies while leading staff to create desktop procedures for training purposes.
