About Alissa Hench

With over 15 years in the hearing healthcare and hearing technology industry, I have experience in the development and delivery of sales/revenue enablement initiatives, employee onboarding, clinical education, technology and product training, account management and business development for three of the major players in the hearing health technology space. As a Sales Training Manager, I collaborated with both the global and North American revenue enablement teams, alongside our North American marketing, product management, customer success and professional education teams to create and implement sales/revenue enablement training programs and initiatives to support our North American Sales force and our go-to-market strategy for both B2B and B2B2C distribution channels. As an Audiology & Sales Training Manager, I simultaneously supported sales management of two major hearing aid technology brands, and shared responsibility for the internal training and education of the North American sales force including development and delivery of our employee onboarding program. I also served in roles as Regional Account Manager and Clinical Product Specialist where managed customer relationships and I increased sales and market share in the Northeast region. I hold a Doctorate in Audiology and have practiced as a clinical audiologist and tinnitus specialist in ENT, hospital and private practice settings.
