As the GE Aerospace US Early Career Recruiting Leader, I lead the strategy, process, and team behind the attraction, recruitment, and hiring of the best early career talent in the US wanting to advance the future of flight through GE Aerospace’s internship/coop and leadership program opportunities. I started as an early career program member myself (intern/coop and Edison Engineering Development Program member), and have spent my nearly 20-year career across the business\' engineering, commercial, and HR functions. It\'s been a treat to utilize my strong relationship-building, project management, critical thinking, focused delivery, and process improvement skills in the ever-evolving and fast-paced space of early career recruiting.
