I design and deliver meaningful learning experiences that support professional development, build self-aware leaders, and guide teams through large-scale change.My work spans North America and includes leadership development, capability building, and system rollouts. I’m known for bringing clarity, energy, and empathy to complex initiatives, whether that’s launching new programs, driving adoption of new technology, or helping teams navigate change with confidence.I’m also an early adopter and advocate for AI in the workplace. I love exploring how emerging technology can enhance our learning, spark creativity, and make work MORE human-centered. I believe AI, when used thoughtfully, can unlock smarter performance, faster insight, and more inclusive learning experiences, and I enjoy helping teams embrace it with curiosity instead of fear.At the heart of everything I do is a belief in human-centered design.
