Accountable for designing, owning and delivering the resourcing strategy for Retail Digital, Analytic and CPII within Barclays UK. I am responsible to ensure that this strategy works in alignment with the business and overall people strategy and agenda. I am working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and functional lines whilst developing close relationships with HR, Manco and Exco to build a deep understanding of their strategy so to enable me to develop a resourcing strategy accordingly.
