About Alison T. Brill
Growing up, I was in and out of hospitals. This experience shaped how I see the world, and how inequity and access to health care impacts our lives. It also heightened my sensitivity to fairness, justice, and inclusion. Now I\'m passionate about building healthy, resilient communities and advancing health equity and social change. Working at the intersection of public health and mental wellness for over 15 years, I deliver strategic, innovative consulting and DEI-informed strategies to advance community health. I design trauma-informed, equity-centered strategies to improve health and well-being for marginalized communities. I credit my ability to create and maintain the rhythm of my work and the organizations I serve with my love of playing the drums since childhood. I\'m also a socially conscious DJ and organize uplifting, community building dance spaces, and I believe in the power of the arts to heal. I find great joy in collective music making, peace and wonder in nature, freedom in dance, and delight in cooking nourishing food. Please feel free to contact me.
