I\'m Alison McEachern, and I\'ve spent nearly 30 years working with and teaching instructional designers. In that time, I\'ve watched a lot of trends come and go but two things have not changed: the human brain still drifts during long spells of passivity, and experiential design always works. Hands-on, engaging, learning addresses a constant in the room. when people get bored, they stop paying attention, and when they stop paying attention, they stop learning. Good design serves everyone in the room so everything I create is built to be as rewarding to deliver as it is to experience.
