Forever helping others to develop, I work independently but enjoy learning alongside my students of all ages. A transplant from the UK, now with Green Card, my demonstrated experience includes: 3 years managing employee training for 500+ specialized healthcare staff. Evaluating and improving on-boarding modules, coordinating & facilitating mandatory training. Reinvigorating vocational training and pioneering team-building exercises to improve morale Managing fund-raising events and conferences at the training center. Career advisory work, counseling unemployed clients for the UK Employment Service. When under-employed, such as while on a non-work visa for several years, I updated my skills and took voluntary work with both adult and youth programs, directly enabling others to learn and develop.
