Charity Leadership Scotland (formerly ACOSVO) is a membership organisation for voluntary sector leaders and senior staff in Scotland. We have a growing membership of over 750 leaders and this membership ranges from those who lead smaller, community-based organisations to those who head up some of the largest charities in Scotland.As a member of the Senior Leadership Team my responsibilities include:Ensuring Charity Leadership Scotland\'s Strategic Plan is delivered.Leading on operational planning, processes, supporting the development of KPIs and financial plans.Overseeing the monitoring and reporting of progress across the organisation. Overseeing and developing operations including HR, Health and Safety, GDPR, Financial Management and Digital.Lead responsibility for Membership and Member Services including growth and member satisfaction.
