Initially joining as a Recruitment Administrator supporting the Emerging Countries business before transferring into the HR Generalist role, I provided support for employees across EMEA. The majority of work was completed on a remote basis due to no local HR. Responsibilities included recruitment administration and reporting, help with on-boarding, benefits registration and general first line support. It included a business trip to Moscow which gave me the opportunity to deliver face to face training to the team. I transitioned from supporting Emerging Markets to supporting the UK business. I have supported both corporate functions and sales groups and currently thrive under the pressure of supporting c.500 employees which has given me wider exposure to the business and the ability to deal with complex HR issues.Key responsibilities include:• Key player in the Remote Working initiative in Bracknell• Supporting employees through re-structures and organisational changes including managing workforce reductions calmly and professionally• Successful transfer of employees (TUPE) as part of Managed Services deals• Managing long term sickness and return to work• Supporting and coaching managers to help them achieve company objectives including assistance with performance issues• Organising events to improve employee engagement• Managing maternity process and arranging Maternity/Paternity days to engage parents• Manage and support HR processes throughout the year (performance management, pay planning, training, grievances, disciplinaries)• Part of a virtual New Hire Onboarding project• Successfully led an EMEA team in an Off Boarding project• Presenting and running training sessions• Identifying areas where processes can be improved and re-writing them• Member of Women\'s Network (WISE - Women in Search of Excellence) to organise local events and work on external awards
