Developed and implemented data-driven strategies, including quarterly data & analytics overviews for HR Senior Leadership, resulting in improved outcomes in attracting diverse, high-quality talent. Led global talent acquisition initiatives, including external talent scans and proactive pipelines for key talent profiles. As part of NPS Pod, re-imaged our NPS surveys and re-built them in Qualtrics to capture Hiring Manager and Candidate feedback. Co-created new NPS Insights Dashboard in Tableau using Python integration, with interactive visualizations for trend analysis and actionable insights for recruiter development, enabling managers to implement targeted enhancements.
