Supported the State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) through the planning, development, rollout, and monitoring of American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA), Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), and other State funding. Helped develop OIT’s grant management structure; reviewed federal program budgeting and spending; created fraud prevention, reporting and monitoring programs and training; supported performance and financial management, procurement, and audit compliance.
