Business Analyst with over ten years experience working in both internal and client facing roles in dynamic environments using agile methodology. Seeking a new contract role as an agile Business Analyst. Comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently, having taken on the role of Lead Analyst on numerous projects which encompassed Product Owner responsibilities. Certified Scrum Master, GDPR experience and recently worked as a Systems Analyst taking on a more technical role in a server migration project. Career highlights include the design of an elderly care mobile android application for deployment nationally across China, the design of an automated algorithm based visit scheduling solution with the potential to save the NHS over £4 million each year and the design and implementation of the first GP OOH clinical solution satisfying the CQC recommendation to provide full access to a patient\'s GP record. Over 2 years contracting experience; 12 months working as a Business Analyst at cap hpi delivering work items key to the core function of the business realising significant cost savings, new billing opportunities and revenue protection. A further 12 months as a Scrum Business Analyst for HSBC on behalf of BJSS Ltd delivering a mortgage process optimisation application facilitating online mortgage applications for the Asia markets. Most recently completed a time critical server migration project at The British Library as a Systems Analyst. Experience in NHS procurement having led the functional and implementation work streams during the ITT, ITN and BAFO stages securing the contract to provide the clinical IT solution to the Health and Justice residential estate in England worth over £9 million over 5 years.
