I currently work as a Client Manager assisting the needs of real estate investors. I originate commercial loans on multifamily properties with 5 or more units. My team and I assist clients in cash flow analysis, presenting them with various loan program options to best fit their investment strategy. From there we work closely with our clients throughout the loan process and even after funding to ensure a smooth transaction during the life of the loan. We can assist with purchases and refinancing including cash out refinances. Shortly after WaMu was acquired by Chase, I went to work as an Asset Manager in our REO division overseeing the management and disposition of commercial properties in California and Arizona. In 2011 I began focusing again on loan origination specializing in multifamily. My team is a perennial President\'s Club recipient.
