About Alison Sposili

I’m a recent graduate of Fairfield University with a BA degree in Communication and minors in Public Relations, Management, and Marketing. As captain of the Fairfield Women’s Swim and Dive Team, I developed strong leadership and time management skills by balancing academics, athletics, and extracurriculars. During my time at Fairfield, I worked as a Marketing Assistant at the DiMenna-Nyselius Library, where I helped promote key programs and created engaging social media content. I also interned as an Audience Development Marketing Intern at Haymarket Media, where I discovered the impact of a well-crafted email and strong copywriting. That role taught me the behind-the-scenes effort that goes into large-scale promotions and showed me the value of collaboration in a fast-paced marketing environment. I’m actively seeking entry-level opportunities in marketing, sales, or public relations in the Albany and Capital Region areas.
