I’m a social worker by training, a systems-thinker by nature, and someone who always asks, “Okay, but how do we actually make this work for people?”I currently hold a leadership role with Sina Health, supporting growth, outreach, and provider engagement across the region. I also serve as Director of Business Development at LifeSpring, where I focus on building strong partnerships and expanding access to care. In addition, I’m the Founder of Navigate Consulting, helping families, facilities, and organizations navigate transitions of care and the often-complex healthcare system.Across all roles, my mission is simple: be a steady guide in an unsteady system.
