Highly varied role supporting gliding clubs across the UK, and the volunteers that run them. Work involves both direct club development support work, including club visits, and more strategic work such as the BGA\'s Junior Strategy, including partnership working with external organisations and other European gliding organisations. I was the BGA\'s representative on the HMRC Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) Forum during their review of the scheme in 2013-15.I organise an annual club management conference for all UK gliding clubs as well as writing and running training sessions for clubs. Have been involved with developing and writing a policies guidance pack and a governance training programme. Plenty of publications including regular column in the bi-monthly NGB magazine and a Project Planning & Funding Guide.No two days are the same
