Promoting awareness of the ActivLives Charity working with a broad spectrum of people, from the public to board level. Collaborating with key stakeholders such as ICB’s, Public Health, Hospitals, County and Borough councils, GP’s, community groups, BAME organisation’s, local businesses, stakeholders, funders, other VCSE’s.• Building on existing partnership and business relationships for the charity.• Developing new fundraising ideas, including individual giving, fundraising events and ideas, membership initiatives, legacy ideas and creating a marketing strategy to deliver this.• Creating a locality funding strategy, research grants and trusts and work both individually and in partnership, with the CEO preparing funding bids.• Delivered a successful social engagement project with the NSFT Older adults support team in Suffolk Coastal and currently manage a One to One Carers Support Project, I Care Connect.• Evaluating project and social impact through member feedback, photo diaries, focus groups and using various impact measurement tools.• Deputising for the CEO at external VCSE meetings and liaising directly with all other connected organisations, ensuring continuity of contact as required.• Keeping up to date with all local VCSE initiatives, both local and national.• Creating editorial, press releases and any other necessary marketing material.• Developing and establishing a Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn presence for the charity.• Attending all charity events, celebrations, showcases and assist in service delivery as and when required.• Establishing, developing, and managing weekly specialist hubs, such as ActivFriends Dementia, older person and carers Hub, ActivLives Men’s Breakfast and ActivLives ActivHearts Ladies Hub, supported by volunteers.
