People are vital to the success of a business.I work with owners of small and medium sized businesses to help them create an engaged and productive workforce to unlock their business\' potential. I have the unique experience of delivering the HR strategy for the entire lifecycle of a successful SME business. I joined ADIL, an oil and gas consultancy, just after the business started. Over a nine-year period, my team and I created and delivered the people strategy to support the company growth to 200 personnel, with a high performing culture and employee engagement levels of over 90%.
