I provide first-class, bespoke stewardship to the generous pledgers of the RNLI, ensuring their needs are met and that they remain engaged with the charity. Covering the south east but working nationally on occasion, I have responsibility for stewarding over £65M of pledged income. Using my interpersonal and communication skills this role requires me to resolve queries, host a range of guests at various events and work with a myriad of internal stakeholders, including volunteers.
