I’m an analytical thinker in the people business—two traits that may seem mutually exclusive, yet they define my approach as a Human Resources Business Partner with more than 30 years of experience across multiple brands. I’ve worked to destigmatize the HR role, becoming a sought-after partner in Operations decisions, supporting as many as 100 locations across 28 states. My focus is on empowering leaders to coach their teams with confidence—transforming daily confrontations into opportunities for collaboration and growth. Through practical application of HR principles, business law, and company policy, I’ve developed workable, real-world solutions that help leaders motivate, discipline, and inspire their teams to succeed. A technically minded leader, I’ve also partnered on numerous software and platform initiatives, finding great satisfaction in creating and delivering practical training that resonates with learners at every level and ensures understanding beyond compliance.Outside of work, I’m passionate about family, travel, reading, and boating with my husband—and I never miss a chance to cheer on my children at their college events.
