ABOUT ALISON MILLIGAN

With over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry Alison is a highly motivated, Six Sigma trained, Senior Manager, who has a recognised track record managing multimillion pound accounts, including 3PL contracts for market leading international companies. With her engaging management style she has developed strong working relationships with colleagues and customers ensuring she has achieved, and maintained, the quality of service necessary to attain the customers contractual prerequisites. Working in the logistics industry has given her extensive knowledge of managing account revenue, budgets and the ability to successfully implement new business and departmental change.Alison has considerable experience in transporting via air, road and sea, a sound understanding of UK/European customs, including dangerous goods, and exceptional negotiation skills which she enhanced, at DHL, on a six months secondment as the UK Freight Manager while also working as the Contract Manager.In all positions held, she has continually strived to not only improve and expand the business but also encourage and develop the team working around her.
