ABOUT ALISON MARSHALL
I began as an Executive Assistant and was soon asked to manage the finances. Since then I have learned every aspect of running the company. When our Operations Manager left last August, I learned his job as well. The pandemic has allowed me to learn so much. Choosing to remain as a corporation over a Non-Profit has been a wise choice through the pandemic as we qualify for more assistance. But the former owner\'s business model of primarily targeting restaurants has hurt us, so I am learning to diversify our client base. A down market provides so many rich lessons and so I continue to make lemonade from the lemons I inherited. In October I bought 25% of the company and I am proud to now be a Co-Owner of Marshall\'s Farm Honey.
