I\'ve worked for Teaching Personnel for over 15 years, 9 years in an operational management role, 4 years in our Partnerships Team, and now as Director of Partnerships. I also lead on our Catholic Schools partnerships, and Managed Service Solution. I work closely and develop collaborative relationships with Multi Academy Trusts and other school groups, supporting their staff workforce objectives for permanent staffing, supply staff, and tuition, by offering both financial and value added benefits, such as bespoke recruitment planning, spend management tools, and enrichment.
