Provide direction and technical guidance through a continuous process of management involvement and frequent file reviews, concentrating on resolution focus and proactive management• Review and approve requests for settlement, payments and reserving authority, as appropriate• Leverage reporting, management information and analytics to identify trends and opportunities to timely recognize exposures requiring additional management intervention• Socialize trending and exposure to relevant stakeholders to support business growth and profitability• Participate in and facilitate roundtables and authority board reviews on resolution strategy, reserving, coverage, liability and damages issues• Provide legal opinions and guidance for the claims organization and other departments, as needed
