As a Business Manager at Randstad Teachanywhere, I lead a team of international and UK based recruiters who place teachers and leaders into schools across the world. I am passionate about providing quality education and opportunities for teachers and learners globally. I have volunteered as a school governor and a PTA member for many years, demonstrating my commitment to the education community. With 19 years of recruitment experience, I have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for both candidates and clients. I also manage the candidate marketing plans and the social media accounts for Teachanywhere, ensuring a high level of visibility and engagement. I am also a certified mentor and a qualified leader and manager, who strives to coach, develop, and empower my team and colleagues. I work with professionalism and integrity at all times.
