As a member of the Water Enterprise Executive Team, I manage all interactions and communications with the elected leadership and staff of the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) and the SFPUC’s 26 wholesale customers. Responsibilities include agency-wide compliance with the SFPUC’s 2009 Water Supply Agreement (WSA) contract including water supply delivery, administrative and financial reporting. Direction and oversight of the contract compliance work of various SFPUC divisions including Finance, Water Supply & Treatment, Water Quality and Water Resources. Responsible for strategic and critical response to complex organizational issues, as well as disaster and emergency response, affecting the Hetch Hetchy Regional Water System. Responsible for meeting the SFPUC’s state legislative requirements of AB1823, and other legislative matters as they relate to the BAWSCA and our wholesale customers.
