Specialising in plant machinery operations, including Dumpers, Excavators, and other heavy equipment, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, safety, and efficiency. Overseeing the development of accredited, hands-on training programs that align with industry standards and evolving environmental practices.In addition to technical skills, we embed social values into every aspect of our work, fostering a culture of inclusion, community engagement, and social responsibility. By forming strategic partnerships with local industries, manufacturers, and government agencies, we aim to create pathways for underrepresented groups in the workforce and ensure that our training programs provide meaningful career opportunities.Passionate about building a skilled, diverse, and sustainable workforce for the green construction and infrastructure sectors, while actively contributing to local communities and advancing social impact through green job creation and workforce development.
