WORK HISTORY
Executive Director @Equal Measures 2030
CA
I am Director of a new global cross-sector initiative - Equal Measures 2030 - a “global to local” partnership that connects data and evidence with advocacy and action to transform the lives of women and girls. We believe that data can expose inequality and injustice, motivate, change and drive accountability. I lead a global Secretariat team, spread across the world from Mexico City to Delhi to deliver the vision set by our Partnership Council. EM2030 is a joint effort of leading global and regional organisations, including: ARROW, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, CLADEM, Data2X, FEMNET, IWHC, KPMG, ONE Campaign, Plan International, Tableau Foundation and Women Deliver. EM2030 also partners with women-led organisations in seven focus countries (Indonesia, India, Kenya, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Colombia, and Guatemala).Since our founding in 2016, we have grown our income by more than 400%. Our new five-year strategy (20••••25) lays out our plan to catalyse change through data-driven advocacy aimed at holding governments and policymakers accountable, working with women and girls and across feminist organizations and movements.
