What If? My entire life and career has been grounded in this simple question. As an award-winning creative leader, I’m relentlessly curious, ridiculously driven and really into alliteration. I’m hard on the creative but not the creatives. I believe teams do their best work when they feel supported and empowered to take calculated risks. A writer at heart, I’m always willing to dig in on a good brief. I can tell a compelling story in 10 words or I’ve published four novels (and counting) but nothing gets me more excited than the challenge of using creativity to solve a juicy business problem.
