Managing a portfolio of clients with over $100m hotel spend, in terms of rate performance, rate availability, new opportunities and offering solutions to improve their hotel proposition.• Working to a defined statement of work and briefing a team of analysts to ensure understanding.• Working with internal stakeholders including Programme Management, Customer Success, Implementation and Online Product to ensure a healthy hotel programme.• Creating and presenting data in line with our DPM+ deliverables.• Making data driven recommendations on improvements to hotel programmes that will reduce spend.• Communicating and negotiating with the supply chain to resolve problems and ensure price points are robust.• Continually review the hotel market and consult on relevant trends and items of news.• Provide advice and recommendations where required to constantly improve and evolve client’s hotel proposition.• Managing the clients rfp process from kick off to wrap up, in line with their contracted deliverables.• Ensuring projects come in on time and on budget.
